We deliver to all countries worldwide, excluding the following 5 countries: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Syria and North Korea.

Shipping Times & Rates

Standard Worldwide Shipping (7- 15 Days) – FREE

Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have a impact on the delivery time.

Processing Times

Do note that processing times are NOT included in Shipping times. Please allow an additional 1-3 working days for your orders to be processed before they are shipped by the respective shipping methods.

Tracking Codes

You will receive a shipment notification with a tracking code once your order has shipped.

A tracking link will automatically be emailed to the email used to purchase. Please allow between 3-5 days for the tracking numbers to be updated.

Standard Shipping Times

Standard Shipping to these countries below typically take 5 – 14 working days.

United States, Canada, Australia, UK, Ireland, New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Standard Shipping to countries not listed above may take anywhere from 5 – 21 working days.

We will not be held responsible for any delays that are out of our control. (E.g. Customs delays / holiday or peak period congestion / bad weather conditions etc.)

Depending on stock availability, if your shipping address is close to one of our warehouses located across the globe, it can arrive earlier than expected.

We strive to provide top-of-the-line delivery speeds across the world. Please do not be alarmed if our order arrives in more than 1 package. This is because we expedite orders whenever we can to speed up the delivery process.

Shipping to remote locations

Wooddeers is committed to providing customers with the best delivery service, which is why we are continuing to offer coverage to more parts of the world than any other company. As delays are highly possible, please allow additional time for delivery in addition to the estimated shipping time.

Undelivered packages

IF A PACKAGE IS UNDELIVERABLE AND RETURNED TO US, WE ARE UNABLE TO RE-SHIP IT WITHOUT AN ADDITIONAL SHIPMENT PAYMENT FROM THE CUSTOMER.
ALL UNDELIVERED PACKAGES WILL BE PROCESSED AS A RETURN. STORE-CREDIT WILL BE SENT (EXCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS amounting up to $30) TO THE CUSTOMER’S ACCOUNT.

Customs Fees

We do not take responsibility for any import fees such as VAT, fees must be paid by yourself. If you are unsure if your order is applicable for import fees, please check your local government’s website and note that orders will be dispatched from United States, Japan, China or Hong Kong depending on stock availability at our global warehouses.
